Our returns process varies depending on the product and whether you've tried it on. For underwear or socks that you've tried on, see "Try On Guarantee”.
For all other products, we accept returns on anything that's unworn and unwashed within 30 days of purchase. You can choose between a refund to the original payment or store credit.

Use the 7-digit number provided at the end of your checkout (eg. #2000001)
Refunds will be issued when the returned item is scanned in by the shipping company. Replacement orders will be issued when the returned item is scanned in by the shipping company
Try On Gurantee
If you don’t love your first pair of underwear, we'll send you a different size or style, or issue you a full refund. No return required. TOGs are only available for your first pair of eligible items. Please read
- You do not need to return these items after creating TOG; the refund or exchange will process immediately upon completion
- Single item TOGs do not refund shipping costs
- In returns flow, go ahead choose a return method as if you were going to return the item; if you meet the TOG requirements, your confirmation message will instruct you to keep the item.

What is your returns policy?

For underwear still in its original packaging and for all other products, we accept returns on anything that's unworn and unwashed within30 days of purchase. You can choose between a refund to the original payment or an exchange for a different size or color.
Any refunds on Canadian orders will not include the non-refundable international surcharge. If you have your order forwarded to a foreign address we are not able to offer free returns from addresses outside of the United States and Canada.
To protect our shipping and logistics partners from COVID-19 our Silver Masks and WARMKNIT Gaiters are not eligible for a return or exchange, even if they are unopened and unworn.
Please only use prepaid FedEx return labels provided by our website or our customer service team. If you are shipping items to our warehouse using a personally purchased return label, please use the Contact Us Link to notify us. You will need to provide the order number, the tracking number, and the items that being shipped so that we can properly track and process your return.
How do I exchange a gift?
If you'd like to exchange a Mack Weldon item you received as a gift, you can do so without letting the gift-giver know. Go to the Contact Us form and fill out the contact form for a gift exchange, including the original order number and an address where we can send an exchange item. Providing as much information as possible will help us handle your exchange more quickly. Once you've submitted your ticket our customer service team will respond as soon as possible.
Can I return in-store purchases online?
If you’ve made a purchase at our store at Hudson Yards in New York City, you can only process a return or exchange at the store. If you need to set up a return or exchange and are no longer able to get to the Hudson Yards store please contact our customer service team via our Contact Us form.
How do I make a return if I ordered as a guest?
If you placed an order without creating an account, you can still process a return on the site. Just go to our Returns Portal in the site's footer and provide your order number and the shipping zip code.
You can find your order number on the shipping invoice that was included in your order, on your order confirmation email, or on your shipping confirmation email.
