How It All Started
Shopping for underwear was a pain. Department store pilgrimages to sort through countless pairs of poorly made underwear wasn’t our idea of a good time. So, we changed everything about it.
In six years, we became the leading online-only men’s basics brand. Then we opened our first offline store at Hudson Yards in NYC. We’ve greatly expanded our product offering, customer base, and team—and we’re just getting started.
We’re a quickly growing group of apparel veterans, digital marketers, creatives, engineers, and customer service experts working together in the name of comfort. Check out the infographic below to learn a bit more about the people you might be working with.
Let’s be honest: engineers typically aren’t the best marketers, and marketers aren’t the best merchants. That’s why we all work together and prefer people who think as “we,” not “I.”
Despite offering flexible hours and an open vacation policy, people keep showing up early and staying late. Why? Because we believe in what we’re building—and have a ton of fun doing it.
We’re a data-driven company. We’re big on testing, optimizing, and learning from the past—that applies to everything from the products we make to how we market them.
While we’ve grown quickly, we’re still a pretty small team. That means everyone wears multiple hats, acts like an owner, and believes every task is worth pouring their heart into.
We sell online. We acquire customers online. We maintain relationships online. And we need people who can navigate the ever-changing terrain of the digital landscape.
We work really hard, but enough about that. We’ve also got a fridge full of beer, a kitchen full of snacks, and don’t be surprised if you find a nerf dart (or 10) stuck to your computer screen.
