While we do send periodic mailers with product imagery, we currently do not have a seasonal catalog produced. Our website contains all of the active products available for purchase and we would love for you to see the product in person at one of our locations liked here!
We send emails to announce new products and highlight ones we think you might like, but if you'd rather not get any, just click the "Unsubscribe" link in the footer of any email.
If you can't find the "Unsubscribe" link, just respond to the email saying you would like to unsubscribe and our team will have you removed from the list.
Note that you can only unsubscribe from marketing emails—you'll still get emails like order and shipping confirmations and loyalty transaction messages.
If you got one of our catalogs in the mail and you want to opt out for the future, email or chat us to let us know (be sure to include your name and address) and we'll add you to our do-not-mail list.
We use a password-less login feature on our site. Meaning once you click login, you will be prompted to enter your email address. After entering your email address, you will be emailed a 4-digit login code that will serve as your confirmation. If you did not receive the email, please check your spam folder!
As always, you can contact us if you have any issues.
All of your order history lives within our account section. After logging in, just click the Orders tab at the bottom of the account slide-out. This will show you all of your previous orders and all you to track shipments, reorder items, or process a return.
Mack Weldon has updated to a password-less login on site. All you will need is access to your email address to receive your 4-digit confirmation code. After typing this in, you will be fully logged into the site.

We have a one-year warranty on products that have been put to reasonable use.The best way to extend the lifetime of a product is by following the care instructions printed on it. If you've properly cared for something but it hasn't held up, reach out to us via email or chat we'll see what we will try to help.
Mack Weldon is designed in New York and delivered to you from our fulfillment center in South Texas.
Our gear is manufactured and sourced in WRAP certified factories across the globe, including Thailand, Peru, China, Egypt, and Vietnam. WRAP is an independent, objective, non-profit team of global social compliance experts dedicated to promoting safe, lawful, humane, and ethical manufacturing around the world through certification and education. The factories are also ISO certified with high quality management systems, ensuring that our products are manufactured in the best way possible to create outstanding results.
Getting the right fit is important. For more detailed measurements, click "Size Guide" below the size options on each product's page. This will give you a detailed list of measurements and a measurement guide to how those measurements were collected. You can also click the Size + Fit dropdown on each product page to see model sizing information and the intended fit.
Fabrics with a high cotton content may shrink a little when they're washed and dried—like our Pima t-shirts (made with 100% Pima Cotton) and Ace sweats (95% cotton). Most of our stuff should be washed with cold water and dried on low heat, but the best way to avoid shrinkage is to follow the care instructions printed on the product.
We take pride in our fabrics and have packed comfort/benefits into each product. You can find a full breakdown of each product's fabric content by going to the Materials + Care section of any product page.
We typically recommend that most of our products be washed with cold water and tumble-dried low. You can find specific care instructions under the Materials + Care section of each product page when shopping.
Once a color has sold out, customers will have the option to select a size and add an email address to be notified once the color is back in stock. Some products/colors are restocked consistently throughout the year. Others are gone for good once they sell out. If you are curious if a product is coming back, just email or chat us and we can confirm!

Please reference the on-model images on our pages to get an idea of the fit for each product. You can also reference the size charts on each product page to understand the measurements of each collection. With the exception of our Boxers collection, all of our underwear is designed to be form-fitting and supportive throughout the day.
The sizing info and care instructions on your Mack Weldon underwear are meant to face outward. After enough washes, the printing can become a bit scratchy, and we didn't want that to come between the fabric and your skin.
We were also inspired by some military clothing we looked at while designing our line. These pieces were labeled on the outside for easy sorting and identification, and we thought it would be just as helpful for finding the care instructions.
Over the years, we've heard from many customers who do wear it the other way around - with the labels on the inside - and love it. So we think you should wear it however you feel most comfortable.
The majority of our underwear has a fly but we do have underwear without a fly as well. If you are particular about this feature, go to our underwear collection and you will see a "Style" filter on the left-hand side where you can choose your preference.

- Underwear - Machine wash cold. Tumble dry low.
- Pima T-Shirts - Machine wash cold. Tumble dry low. Since they're 100% cotton, there will be a little shrinkage, so make sure to dry them on the lowest possible heat. You can also lay them flat to dry.
- Ace Collection- Machine wash cold. Tumble dry low.
- Polos- Machine wash cold. Tumble dry low.
- DRYKNIT Shirts and Polos - Machine wash cold with like colors. Tumble Dry Low. Use non-chlorine bleach. Warm iron if necessary
- Everyday Socks - Machine wash warm. Use non-chlorine bleach. Tumble dry low
- PROKNIT Boxer Briefs 8" - Machine wash cold with like colors. No tumble dry machine. Use non-chlorine bleach. Do not iron.
- Radius Pants - Machine wash cold. Tumble dry low.
- Silver Collection - Machine wash cold with like colors. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low. Warm iron if necessary
- Silver Extended Crew Socks - Machine wash cold with like colors. Tumble dry low. Use non-chlorine bleach. Cool iron if necessary

All of our products are designed and sized with men in mind. We don't currently have plans to make women's products, although it's not out of the question. Of course, at the end of the day, our products can be worn by anyone who feels comfortable in them. We've got a number of female customers (and employees) who wear ourPima T-shirts,Ace Sweats, andBoxersas loungewear or pajamas, for example.
All our underwear come in individual frosted poly bags and are priced per individual pair. If you would like a pack of multiple pairs, we do sell a few of our most popular pairs in packs through our sitehere. We do offer packs for some of our core styles! We have curated pre-built packs on our Bundle & Savepage and certain products will allow you to build custom packs directly on the product page. Look for the Bundle tab on the product page to save money when buying multiple!

We do ship to PO boxes in the US! We recommend choosing the standard shipping option at check out if you are shipping to a PO box because this option delivers via USPS.
For all standard shipping and international orders, we ship through DHL and for both upgraded shipping options we use Fedex.
Really sorry for the trouble here! Please email us or chat us with the order number, photo of the packing slip, and photos of the incorrect items you received. This way we can confirm why this happened and make sure we get the correct items shipped to you!
We do! We ship to nearly every international country. All you need to do is switch to your local currency in the top right of our website to shop in your local rates! We also offer international returns if needed!
If something was missing from your order, start by checking the shipping invoice included in your package. Please confirm that this item was apart of the original order that was placed. If so, email us or chat us and we can confirm what went wrong. If the product is available, we will have it shipped. If it has sold out, we will either help you find a new item instead or have you refunded for this piece.
Most (but not all) orders placed in the morning or early afternoon Monday through Friday will ship the same day. Orders placed in the evening usually ship the next business day, while those placed on Friday evening or during the weekend ship the following Monday. Once your order has officially been processed and shipped, you can expect the below transit times based on your location.

Yes, we ship to APO (Army Post Office), FPO (Fleet Post Office), and DPO (Diplomatic Post Office) addresses.
To ship to a military address, when you're checking out:
- Under Shipping, for Address, enter your PSC or unit number and box number. For City, enter APO, FPO, or DPO. For State, enter AA, AE, or AP.
- Under Billing, un-check the "Billing Address Same as Shipping" box and enter your billing address.
We need all of the above info to ship your order, so make sure not to leave anything out. Currently, we only offer Standard Shipping for these addresses as they must be delivered via USPS.
Our fulfillment process is extremely automated in an attempt to process orders quickly. If you have placed and order and have not received tracking information, message us and we can attempt to help. We do not always have the ability to make these edits depending on what your order is in the fulfillment process. If you are have already received tracking information on the order, we are unable to have the shipping address changed.
If you are just looking to update your address on file for future orders, you can edit an existing address or add a new address in the Profile section of the Account slide-out after logging in.
For all orders within the contiguous 48 states, we offer two upgraded shipping options. Customers can pay $30 for a Fedex Overnight option or $20 for a Fedex Two Day Shipping option. Please keep in mind that orders still need time for processing and may not ship same day. All of our delivery windows are displayed in Business Days as Saturday delivery options vary throughout the country and may not be applicable to your shipping address.
For all international orders, we do not currently offer an expedited shipping option, but it's something we are looking into and hope to offer in the future.
International customers can browse and shop our website in their local currency by selecting their country from the dropdown menu in the main navigation. We offer an Express shipping option via DHL. Reference the list below for estimated shipping times.

For orders going to the United Kingdom, European Union, Mexico, Australia and New Zealand, all prices shown are inclusive of import duties and taxes.
For all other countries, duties & taxes will be automatically calculated and displayed during checkout. Depending on the country, you will have the option to choose DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) or DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid).
Please note that if DDU is selected, you will be responsible for paying the required duties & taxes upon delivery and the shipping carrier may not release the package without payment for duties & taxes.
We do accept international returns. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached. Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned. Once your return is received back at our warehouse and inspected, your refund will be issued. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment.

We offer pre-paid return labels and the option for customers to process self-postage returns. Details below.
A pre-paid returns label will be emailed to you. Please note, the returns label expires within 10 days of issue if unused. Once you receive your returns label, book a collection or visit your nearest DHL drop-off point to send your items back to us.
Pre-paid returns are subject to a return shipping fee which will be deducted from your refund. Please consult the international shipping & returns table above for information about country-specific returns fees.
For self-postage returns, a returns slip will be emailed to you. Please include this slip in the return package. Send back the returned goods with the shipper of your choice. Please note that return shipping and any reverse duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer when choosing this method. We recommend insuring your package and contacting our Customer Service at hello@mackweldon.com with the tracking number once shipped.
We currently ship anywhere in the United States. We also ship to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. We offer different shipping options depending on where your order is shipping, the value of your order, and your status in our loyalty program, Mack Weldon Rewards.
- Standard - Free shipping provided by DHL for all orders over $125 in value, otherwise this option costs $9. Silver Tier Mack Weldon Rewards members receive free shipping on all orders over $50 and Black Tier members receive free shipping on all orders.
- Priority - Two-day shipping provided by FedEx for $20. Orders must be received by 11 a.m. ET Monday-Thursday in order to receive it in two business days.
- Expedited - Next day shipping provided by FedEx for $30. Orders must be received by 11 a.m. ET Monday-Thursday in order to receive it the next business day.

Your order will ship via USPS. Unfortunately, we can't estimate how long it'll take to arrive. For more about shipping to military addresses, see here.
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days of being placed. Orders placed before 1:00pm ET each business day generally ship the same day. Orders placed in the evening usually ship the next business day. Those placed on Friday evening or during the weekend ship the following Monday.
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once the order ships. If your order hasn't shipped after four business days, please get in touch with us by using the Contact Us page.
If you only received part of your order, please email us or chat us and we can help! Please include your order number and what is missing from the order. If the product is available, we will make sure you receive this. If not, we will help you swap the item or get your refunded for the missing piece.
We do not currently offer gift wrapping but you can include a customizable gift message with your order during checkout.
All Mack Weldon orders are delivered in bags in boxes that feature the Mack Weldon logo. If you are trying to keep our gift a secret, we recommend shipping to a neighbor's address or another address where you can be sure the recipient will not see it.
To add a promo code to an order, when you’re checking out, enter your promo code in the “Gift Card or Discount Code” field, then click Apply. You’ll see the discount applied to your subtotal.
Our promo codes don’t combine with other promotions. If you’re already receiving a discount and you enter a code, the site will apply the greatest discount (not both discounts) to your order.
If you are using our website on a mobile device the "Gift Card or Discount Code" you will need to "Show Order Summary" which will display the field where you can input a promo code or Gift Card code.

We have automated the fulfillment process to ship orders as fast as possible. Once an order has been placed, there is an extremely small window to cancel or update a shipping address. If you have not received your tracking number, message us and we can attempt to help.
If you have received your tracking number and something about the order needs to be adjusted, keep in mind we offer returns and exchanges. After you receive the order, you will have the ability to send it back or swap to the correct items that are preferred.
