What is Afterpay?
Afterpay is a service that lets us offer you the option to place an order now and pay for it in four biweekly installments, with no interest or fees when you pay on time.
How do I use Afterpay?
Just shop on mackweldon.com. and check out as usual. At checkout, choose Afterpay as your payment method, and you’ll be redirected to the Afterpay website. If it’s your first time using Afterpay, you’ll have to sign up with your debit or credit card info (don’t sweat it, the process is painless). If you’ve used Afterpay before, just log in to your Afterpay account. Then complete your order. That’s all there is to it.
What are the benefits of using Afterpay?
You get your order right away, but you pay for it over eight weeks (it’s all automatic after the first payment). And there’s no interest or fees when you pay on time.
What do I need to do to be eligible for Afterpay?
You need to have a debit or credit card, be over 18 years old, and live in the U.S.
How does the Afterpay payment schedule work?
You’ll make your first payment when you place the order. The remaining three payments will be charged automatically to your debit or credit card every two weeks in equal installments. If you’d like to make a payment before it’s due, you can log in to your Afterpay account and do so. Afterpay will then adjust the balance accordingly.
What if I can’t pay an Afterpay installment?
If funds aren’t available or you don’t make a payment when it’s due for any other reason, late fees may apply. You can find Afterpay’s complete terms on afterpay.com.
Can I use Afterpay in your store?
No, Afterpay can only be used on orders placed on mackweldon.com.
What items are not eligible for Afterpay?
Afterpay can’t be used on gift cards. Everything else is fair game.
When will my order be delivered if I use Afterpay?
If you use Afterpay, your order will be shipped and delivered in the same timeframe as any other Mack Weldon order.
How do I return or exchange an item purchased with Afterpay?
You can return or exchange an item purchased with Afterpay following our usual return policy.
Can I use Afterpay if I’m an international customer?
No, Afterpay is only offered to customers with a U.S. billing address, U.S. shipping address, U.S. debit or credit card, and U.S. cell phone number. Apologies to our friends abroad.
How much can I spend on a single Afterpay transaction?
The minimum amount you can spend using Afterpay is $35. The total amount you can spend depends on a few factors, like how many times you’ve used Afterpay before. You can find more details on afterpay.com.
Does the Savings Meter still apply to my order if I use Afterpay?
Yes, if your order qualifies for our Savings Meter (10% off orders over $100, 20% off orders over $200), your savings will be applied automatically before your total is divided into four equal installments.
Do my Weldon Blue loyalty rewards still apply to my order if I use Afterpay?
Yes. If you’re a Level One member of Weldon Blue, you’ll still get free shipping on your Afterpay order. If you’re a Level Two member, you’ll also get 20% off your Afterpay order, applied automatically before your total is divided into four equal installments.
