Making changes to your subscription is easy. Sign into your account here and navigate to the ‘Subscription’ tab, then find the specific subscription you’d like to edit and click “Manage Subscription”, from there, follow the instructions below for specific changes.

CHANGE SUBSCRIPTION SHIP DATE
To change the shipping date of all products in your subscription click “Edit Shipment Date”, if you’d like to change the date of just one product, click the “Edit” button next to the shipping date of the product you’d like to update. Using the calendar, select the date you’d like your subscription to renew and click “Update”.

If you’d like to process all products in your subscription immediately, you can also select “Order Now” at the top of your subscription management page. If you process your items before 2pm EST, your products will ship out the same day.

CHANGE COLOR, SIZE OR QUANTITY
To modify the color, size or number of items of a specific product in a subscription, click on the edit button next to the product title. From the slide out drawer, you can choose a different color (if applicable), update your size or change the quantity. Once selections are completed, click “Update Selections” to save. Please note, color selections indicate present day in stock items, if you are selecting a color for a delivery 3-6 months in the future we can not guarantee the color will still be in stock, in this case Mack Weldon will pre-select a color for you. You can always change your color up to 1 day prior to renewal.

UPDATE SHIPPING ADDRESS
To change your address, scroll to the bottom of your subscription management page and select “Edit” next to your current shipping address. From the slide out drawer, you can “Add a new address” or select a pre-existing address to change to. Select “Update Shipping Address” to save.

REMOVE A PRODUCT
To remove a specific product from a subscription, click on the edit button next to the product title. Scroll to the bottom of the slide out drawer and select "Remove Product", then follow the steps to cancel this item. This will only remove this specific product from your subscription.

CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION
If you would like to cancel your entire subscription, scroll to the bottom of your subscription management page and select “Cancel Subscription”, then follow the steps to cancel. This action will cancel all items in your subscription.

Upon creating a subscription, you’ll be able to choose the color of your first delivery. With each renewal we’ll send you a different color than previous ones you’ve received. We use a special algorithm to match a color that we think will suit you best. Three days before your order renews, you’ll get an email with the upcoming color you will receive next.

If you don’t love the color we choose for you, you can always change the selection in your account before the order processes. Please note that all color selections are subject to availability, if a color selection is out of stock we will replace it with one of our most popular colors. All color changes must be made before an order is processed, once a product ships, it is subject to our normal return and exchange policies.

All recurring subscription products are already priced with a 10% discount available to everyone. Every order that renews will have the discount already on it. Upon checking out and creating a new subscription, customers are able to redeem loyalty points for a discount on their first purchase.

All orders after that will revert to the regular subscription price. At this time you cannot add a discount code to an active subscription, however if you reach out to our customer service team at hello@mackweldon.com we’d be happy to help you out.
